Full-TimeOverviewCanon USA is seeking an Installation Representative III (Representative, Install III).
Installation, staging support and Field service support on SecurPASS whole body scanner, which is used primarily in prisons and jails to detect contraband on people.
Responsibilities- Responsible for setup, calibration, and maintenance of industrial products in the shop and in the field, which minimizes equipment down time- Responsible to set up Computers and test various components for proper functionality- Leads in the installation of equipment at customers' sites- Refers serious or complicated repair problems to senior level technicians- Maintains accurate documentation of staging, installation and service support activity and provides periodic reports- Provides training and assistance to less experienced installers and technicians Qualifications- 2 to 4 years related experience- General Education- Vocational training (or college) in electronics- Individual must possess a clean valid FL state driver's license in order to obtain the position- This position requires driving, therefore a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary.
Additionally, because this position requires driving for company business as an essential function of the job, must remain in compliance with company safety guidelines and policiesThe company will not pursue or support visa sponsorship for this position.
