Sales Manager
FlashBanc, one of the nation's fastest growing merchant service providers is looking for a qualified Sales Manager to join our team. Our Sales Managers run teams of 10-20 outside sales representatives throughout North America to sell our electronic payments solutions and library of other business services. You'll be responsible for keeping your team organized, motivated, and productive each day. Your ability to close sales over the phone must be topnotch to help your sales team whenever needed. We have our own in-house customer service to support you in handling any account inquiries so that you can stay focused on closing deals with your team.
Responsibilities:
Personal production
Managing day-to-day sales team operations
Recruiting new team sales agents
Conducting weekly team training sessions to ensure their success
Provide closing assistance for your team over the phone
Develop rate proposals so your team can demonstrate cost savings to their prospects
Requirements:
Experience in phone sales & face-to-face sales
Experience managing a remote team of professional
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to respond to and follow-up with incoming leads
Experience working in a collaborative, team-based environment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe
Merchant processing experience a plus, but not required
At least 2 years in a high sales capacity
Compensation:
$40,000 salary
Commission
BonusesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
