We are currently engaged with a client seeking an Integration Manager on a full time, direct hire basis. In this role, the Manager will:
Manage a team of ESB and ETL technical leads, developers, and business analysts.
Lead the Tibco ESB implementation effort.
Manage new and existing data warehouse initiatives.
Work closely with Business Intelligence team.
Serve as the single point of contact for integration systems.
Participate in the design of information and integration architectures.
Responsible for the fulfillment of internal business owner sponsored IT projects, including cost, processes, resource allocations, and deliverables.
Develop, build, and manage relationships with business areas.
Communicate the value of Data Integration to business stakeholders.
Share business objectives, strategy, and plans across multiple technical teams.
Develop career performance & development plans, training and administer performance evaluations.
Facilitate change and process improvement within software development.
The appropriate individual will have the following
Experience:
Broad experience with integration tools, ESB's and database systems.
ESB management and implementation; Tibco preferred.
Data warehouse management.
Integration strategy.
Resource Management.
Project Management.
Skilled in proposing innovative solutions solving enterprise problems.
Ability to challenge architectural decisions.
Informatica, Microstrategy, and SOA desirable.
