_Position Summary_
Responsible for planning, implementing and managing the activities of the Commercial Branch Operations work force for a designated district.Primary duties include are not limited to: Commercial Fire and Burglar Alarm Inspection, Service and Maintenance and Intrusion/Burglar, Video, Fire and Access Control Installation. Key liaison between Residential District operations work force and the Regional and Corporate Operations Teams.

_Duties and
Responsibilities:
_
1.Plans, implements and manages the activities of the operations work force and ensures familiarity and training of product installation and service skills.
2.Formulates a sound business plan to provide cost efficient service for targeted sales growth in accordance with established plan and market share targets.Works with Regional Operations Manager and the Sales Manager to meet profitability goals.
meetings on a monthly/quarterly current installation and service policies and procedures, techniques, demonstration of equipment, new products and services, sales promotions and area advertising.
4.Assists sales force by developing low installation costs and suggesting proper and varied applications of systems.
5.Serves as the primary contact for the district operations work force to provide input and feedback related to Corporate Support Functions.Ensures consistency of field operations activities - inspection, service and installation.
6.Establishes and maintains a high level of quality and timely installation to customers for maximum retention.
7.Develops and maintains an effective installation work force through recruiting, hiring, training, motivating and coaching techniques.
8.Tracks and records daily/monthly/quarterly installation activity to include individual installers' efforts and results.
9.Champion of EHS&W; policies and compliance
10.CustomerObsession Champion - responsible for Customer Index performance in the district
Requirements
Education:
Four-year degree or equivalent related experience, six sigma experience a PLUS
Experience:
5 to 7 years progressive management experience with a high volume, high impact operation.
Background should include the ability to successfully handle multiple challenges, prioritize responsibilities, and effectively lead a large staff.
Certifications and/or licenses in the Commercial/Fire/Burglar space a PLUS
Skills:
Solid business skills
Must be conceptually oriented with the ability to think and act strategically.
Proven management skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in a Microsoft Windows.
