Responsibilities:
Effectively speak to prospects about our products/services
Actively seek to turn prospects into clients
Manage inbound sales calls with team
Demonstrate a positive attitude
Encourage integrity and respect in a team environment
Implement and manage sales strategies to help team meet and exceed quotas
Communicate effectively across teams internally to address client needs and improve processes
Skill Requirements:
3
years inbound/outbound phone sales management experience
Exceptional phone and people skills
Leadership
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of SalesForce a plus
Experience with B2B and/or SaaS industries a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
Compensation:
Base: $65k to $75k DOE
commissions for average annual salary of $119k+
