Seeking a Corporate Recruiter SCCR
Our Client Company is a leading independent owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure across North, Central and South America. They are currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Boca Raton, FL. The salary is $40K with bonuses based on performance. Relocation assistance is not available.
The Corporate Recruiter champions recruitment and job placement activities within the organization. He or she develops sources for qualified applicants, performs preliminary screens, schedules and conducts interviews, checks background and references, and provides recommendations to hiring managers. The Corporate Recruiter, ultimately, extends employment offers. He/she regularly posts jobs, both internally and externally, on the company website and other job boards. Importantly, the Corporate Recruiter builds and maintains relationships and contracts with employment agencies, placement firms, and other sources for applicants. Finally, he or she determines ongoing, online recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED; BA in Business or a related field (strongly preferred)
Two
years of experience recruiting for multiple and diverse positions at varied levels
Experience within an HR corporate environment (strongly preferred)
Demonstrated, intermediate knowledge of, and ability to work with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet navigation and email
PHR certification (preferred)
