PIP Attorney

Ability to manage and oversee a large case load. Required to attend depositions, hearings, preparation of various legal documents including motions, memorandums and discovery. Handle all aspects of litigation up to and through trial of the case and assist senior attorneys at trial as requested.
1 - 3 years of litigation experience and experience prosecuting and defending claims for personal injury protection (PIP) benefits. Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, organization, decision making and relationship building. Ability to be a team player and work in a fast paced atmosphere.
Juris Doctorate, Licensed to practice in the state of Florida required.
