HR Generalist
Boca Raton, Florida
As HR Generalist, you will drive the coordination and maintenance of key Human Resources' initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, new-hire orientation, on-boarding and off-boarding processes, policy interpretation and administration, employee relations, performance management, regulatory compliance adherence, and other HR-related duties. To qualify, you should possess a BA/BS degree with an emphasis in HR, or equivalent years of field-related experience. Three to five years experience in a Human Resources role is required, at minimum. Multi-site HR-management experience is highly preferred, as is PHR/SPHR certification. Your background should include proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and HRIS systems. Oracle experience would be a desirable advantage.
