Avatar has completed all of its documents and is now ready to begin marketing its $300,000,000 private offering under the new SEC Reg D 506c (JOBS Act).
Avatar's unique business model capitalizes on the flexibility and proven track record of the Boeing 747 jumbo jet and equipping it with 539 economy and 42 office class seats on the upper deck will provide Avatar with the lowest available cost per seat mile in the industry. Combining this with other profit centers will allow Avatar to offer fares at 50% or more below the lowest fares available by other carriers.
