Job Description:
Bring in-depth understanding of the Siebel - Order Management, Lead Management, Contract and Agreement Management, Pricing, Quote Management and Product Configurator modules
Hands-on experience in Siebel Tools to configure the business requirements on Order Management and Product Configuration modules
Proficiency in Siebel Configuration, Scripting, Workflows and BI Publisher reports
Work experience in Siebel Open UI solution
Leading the interactions with the Subject Matter Experts & Process Leads from the customer group
Validation of the current Business Processes and perform Business Process Redefinition, as required
Validating requirements with the business owners
Perform Gap-Fit analysis
Development of POCs on Order Management and Product Configuration using Siebel Tools
Co-coordinating between business and IT team to ensure proper implementation of requirements
Conduct Conference Room Pilot CRP sessions and product demonstrations to the business users
Prepare Functional Design documentation
Drive walk-through of Design documents to business users and IT team from customer group
