Sales Representative
Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Patient Advocate/Inside Sales representative for a client in the Boca Raton Area.
This is a full-time position working fully onsite out of the corporate office in Boca Raton in an 11 am to 8 pm shift.

Responsibilities:
Extensive training is provided, and this is not a cold-calling position.
Engage in outbound call campaigns to sell and educate customers on the benefits of the medical program.
Overcome objections by determining what within the program could appeal to the customer the most.
Manage inbound call volume and document all communication in CRM Salesforce.
Experience:
1-2 years of relevant experience, such as customer service, call center, or other administrative roles.
Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
Fast and accurate typing, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and understanding of modern office practices.
Intermediate data entry in a CRM database.
(Salesforce) Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple daily interactions while ensuring established processes are performed accurately.
