Responsibilities:
- Land development design for projects ranging from new construction and redevelopment projects, retail and mixed-use center revitalization and modifications, municipal centers, and parks, prestigious planned-unit developments and residential projects and numerous design surveys for governmental agencies, various schools, and Universities - Perform and check calculations (stormwater management, potable water distribution, sanitary sewer collection & transmission) - Design of land development infrastructure including roadways, water, sewer, & drainage; Prepare specifications & drawings - Prepare and process permits through all applicable agencies through closeout; Deliver project technical documents; Construction Inspection - Interface/attend meetings with clients, engineers, CAD drafters, and other disciplines - Prepare site construction cost estimates; Review, correct, and approve shop drawings and other material specificationsInterested in hearing more?
