Ensuring Quality and Consistency of Service:
Members of management must abide and commit to consistent hiring practices.
Implementation of staff development, training, and accountability to ensure guest satisfaction.
Fostering Guest Relationships:
Management must cultivate relationships with clientele and demonstrate relationship retention with guests that dine with us.
Acknowledgement of celebratory occasions, communicating to staff and supporting guest feedback and requests are vital aspects of successful management.
Overseeing Safe Service Practices:
Management must oversee, guide, and instruct staff members in providing safe service and health code compliant actions.
Familiarity with Operating Systems:
Managerial candidates must show proficiency with Toast, Open Table, and HotSchedules.
Experience with these platforms is a plus.
