My client, a highly respected and prestigious law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate/Attorney to join their Florida office. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for real estate law to join a dynamic team of legal professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Handling general commercial real estate matters with an emphasis on transactional work- Conducting legal research and providing sound advice to clients- Drafting legal documents, contracts and agreements- Representing clients in negotiations and other legal proceedings- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Requirements:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
