In this role, you will be responsible for setting appointments, generating quality leads, and identifying potential clients for our diverse range of services.
The ideal candidate Needs to have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to make sure they are looking to sell thier home Utilize various tools and strategies to connect with clients Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects to schedule appointments and qualify leads Engage in effective communication to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients Provide timely and accurate updates on lead generation activities and appointment scheduling Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further follow-up and closure Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs related to appointment setting and lead generation Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2C environment Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus Job Types:
