The company is on an amazing growth trajectory and looking for a talented, driven, Merchandising Manager - Cookware to support our dynamic, multicultural sales team.
Our retail partners are located all over the world and in the USA include Walmart, Amazon, Target, QVC, Ross Stores, TJ Maxx, Publix, Wegmans, and many others.
The successful candidate will have strong project management experience, who can adapt to support multiple deliverables and changing needs and priorities.
Is exceptional in excel based math, problem solving, is analytical, able to multi-task, a team player, self-motivated, well organized, and able to thrive in fast paced scenarios.

Responsibilities:
Understand and manage timelines for new product development.
Provide the Sales team with support on all product information, strategy, and marketing plans.
Communicate on a regular basis directly with the China team on sourcing, developing, samples, managing timelines for testing and product details to get product from idea to market.
Collaborate with the Product Design team to identify relevant trends and concepts.
Assist in the development of new products and updates to existing products that align with performance, trends, and concepts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, proof, and finalize packaging and creative assets.
Facilitate PowerPoint presentations for customer reviews.
Conduct market research and competitive shops to drive new product development and customer assortment optimization.
Evaluate new products presented by the China team.
Manage product sampling process by reviewing, documenting, and sending out any samples for product development or customer reviews.
Know and leverage market trends, strengths, and opportunities within area of responsibility through keen assessment and analysis of competitive set.
