Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the employer, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements - Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations - File and organize documents, both physical and electronic - Transcribe meeting minutes and other important notes - Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing - Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records - Utilize computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Use DocuSign or similar platforms to handle electronic document signing Skills:
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling calls with professionalism - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Note:
