com/who-we-are We seek an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Supervisor to lead our dedicated Sensormatic Solutions inside sales team.
You will manage and guide the team's activities, drive sales targets, and ensure outstanding customer service.
Eliminate any barriers or objections to secure order commitments resulting in recurring revenue.
Call on specific assigned accounts and prospects.
Negotiate pricing and business terms with all customers and prospects.
Increase EAS, Video, ShopperTrak, Inventory Intelligence, and CVA sales from the defined existing customer base and new prospects.
Assist in qualifying leads to direct sellers and assigned Partner/VAR Team(s) when deemed suitable.
Additional supervisor responsibilities include coordinating with the product team for support, overall team budget achievement, and escalation point for reps on product availability, shipping errors, and pricing.
What you'll do:
Increase sales both with existing customers and new prospects.
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new market opportunities and initiate sales to those markets.
Contact and present Sensormatic Solutions and services to potential customers.
Negotiate and quote pricing.
Prepare and maintain sales contracts and agreements in accordance with Sensormatic Solutions policies and procedures.
Collaborate with marketing and other teams to generate and qualify leads; and manage Sensormatic leads.
Achieve and expand monthly/annual bookings and revenue goals and submit accurate individual sales forecasts.
Work with other departments to resolve problems regarding customer issues.
Act as a next contact point for reps on product availability, shipping errors, and pricing.
Coordinate with the product team for support.
Build positive long-term business relationships with account decision-makers through telephone or electronic communications.
Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction for all customers.
Manage overall team budget achievement.
Align with the manager and or director for weekly forecast calls.
Compile and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present insights to management for informed decision-making.
CRM Utilization:
Ensure effective use of the CRM system to track leads, manage contacts, and maintain accurate sales records.
Continuously review and optimize inside sales processes with manager to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Set performance goals and implement improvement plans as needed, track team performance and activities, drive quota achievements and lead sales reps issues as they arise.
Participate in company offers self-development studies and training courses.
Sales Resolution Team Liaison.
Oversight of Ecommerce Orders and processing, the first point of contact for critical issues.
Validates NA Channel Partner's Purchase Orders and sends them for processing.
Other functions that the manager designates related to the position offered.
What we look for:
Required Minimum of three years of experience, with a successful track record in sales leadership and achieving sales targets, preferably at a retailer, consumer goods product company; or in a sales, marketing, or product position.
Experience operating within a diverse multi-channel environment.
Direct or Channel sales-related experience.
Strong time-management skills.
Demonstrated experience working with small and medium businesses in the retail vertical.
In-depth knowledge of inside sales techniques, including cold calling, lead qualification, and closing deals.
Strong leadership and motivational abilities, passionate about driving sales performance and team development.
Ability to be a standout colleague at all levels.
Ability to use sales data to draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance.
Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and contribute to developing a business plan, including sales and marketing strategies.
Ability to understand a supply chain for various industries and its component companies.
Ability to manage pipeline via Salesforce or related toolsets.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or related software.
Preferred Two- or four-year college degree preferred.
Bilingual is a plus.
