Must be able to handle active caseload and have complete understanding of PI process and ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

Oversee all facets of personal injury cases from their initiation Collect, assess, and investigate information and documentation Serve as the primary point of contact among the client, attorney, healthcare providers, lien holders, and insurance firms Organize and supervise the medical treatment of clients when required Inform clients about the progression of their case and establish realistic expectations Elevate issues to the attorney when deemed necessary Accumulate all pertinent medical records and invoices related to the case Draft settlement demands Monitor negotiations and proposals Aid the attorney in reducing medical bills and liens Prepare settlement packages Salary:
$50,000.
