Position
Summary:
We are searching for an enthusiastic person with an IT background who has a can-do attitude to assist the Enterprise Applications Engineer with the following tasks:
Serves as a backup for administrating different functional areas of information systems.
Troubleshooting end-user devices, computer systems, and networks.
May be asked as needed to fill in at the Owl Card Center or Business Services office in various capacities if required.
Light editing and adding of content for the Business Services Website.
Additional responsibilities may be asked as needed.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Highly organized.
Multi-tasker.
Good time management.
Must be deadline-oriented.
Proficiency in various software, operating systems, and various hardware.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must take a minimum of six credit hours (or twelve if international) and a 2.
0 GPA.
Salary:
$16.
00 an hour.
