The Proctor I is a key member of the Customer Services Department and is responsible for the enforcement of all exam guidelines set forth by instructors and/or institutions.
The Proctor I will monitor student behavior(s) utilizing AI triggers and alerts in order to maintain and preserve academic integrity.
What We Need:
Review exam instructions, watch exam taker sessions, and notate all indicators accordingly Conduct Live Pop-Ins to support Academic Integrity and/or minimize student test anxiety Ensure consistency with notations/flagging across all student sessions Maintain case records for all student contacts Identify, confirm, and escalate instances to uphold the Academic Integrity of exams Identify and escalate situations concerning student safety or privacy Communicate with team members to ensure cross-team consistency and accuracy Other duties as assigned What You Have:
Strong time management skills and ability to multitask Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision Ability to treat confidential information as such, as an NDA will be required prior to starting Ability to take critical feedback and use it towards professional development and growth 2-4 years of customer service experience Bachelor's degree or relevant experience Ability to type 50 WPM or greater Intermediate understanding of operating a computer, and a basic understanding of using media players Experience in the education industry or prior remote proctoring experience preferred Familiarity with G-Suite and Slack preferred While working from home, you must have a quiet place to work to ensure confidentiality is maintained Shift:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
