Looking for someone who has prior experience working as a personal assistant or family assistantin a private home.
Salary:
$100k $120K with a stipend to go towards health insurance Hours:
Monday Friday 8:

with occasional overtime needed Core
Responsibilities:
Maintain confidentiality.
Manage the principals personal calendar and contacts.
Provide personal administrative support to the principal including retrieving mail, and preparing documents.
Ensure principal has all necessary documents needed for meetings.
Communicate daily with Family Office Controller regarding check requirements, bill pay, credit card categorization and maintaining system for receipts.
Plan, research, confirm, and manage meetings, reservations, appointments, travel arrangements and itineraries.
Work with Estate Manager on creating and maintaining household documents and checklists.
Purchase event tickets Travel with the principal on personal trips to other residence in IL Assist with packing and all other aspects for traveling.
Accept deliveries and unpack items.
Run errands.
Purchase and make returns/exchanges.
Manage parties and events including invitation list, invitations, catering, and entertainment.
Occasional overnight stay in FL to care for pet when principal is out of town.
Work closely with Estate Manager in regard to all home projects as needed.
Skills Needed:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word) Prior experience supporting a senior executive or HNW individual.
Flexible A valid drivers license Experience booking travel Ability to travel 30% Accounting and data entry skills helpful QuickBooks experience helpful.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
