86 an hour Boca Raton law firm has an excellent opportunity for an Office Services/File Clerk position in the Firm's Boca Raton office.
Office Services staff are responsible for assisting in the maintenance of client files and records and also perform other duties as may be assigned to facilitate the smooth operation of the office.
This position must always maintain strict confidentiality of Firm and client matter information.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and will show initiative, professionalism, and discretion in all matters.
Flexibility, excellent judgment, and the ability to contribute to a positive, team environment is essential.
Responsibilities:
Update, maintain and organize client files Managing physical print jobs.
Ordering office supplies as needed.
Maintaining work-stations.
Providing reception/telephone assistance.
Processing file closure and inventory of files.
Coordinating delivery and retrieval of files to off-site storage.
Assisting in receipt and processing of firm's physical mail.
Works with paralegals on subpoenas.
Other duties as requested and assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
