Find out why this is the best place to be your best!Description Assist in the management and supervision of outpatient, outpatient surgery or inpatient coding, abstracting and reimbursement supporting billing ensuring compliance along with efficient operations for all Baptist Health facilities.
Supervises seven account receivables ensuring established goals and ICD9/ICD10 and CPT guidelines and coding conventions are adhered to.
Supervises and monitors in-house and remote coding personnel activities ensuring accurate and timely processing in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Estimated salary range for this position is $47787.
00 - $62123.

Qualifications:
Prefer RHIA or RHIT or equivalent experience.
At least three years supervisory experience in a large healthcare institution required.
Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication, problem-solving and personnel management skills.
Knowledgeable in health information systems, database management, spreadsheet design, and computer technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook).
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
