The schedule for this position is Full Time, Monday - Friday 9:
00am -5pm.
You will also work ON-CALL in rotation every other weekend.
You MUST have prior scheduling experience and can navigate well on the computer.
We are seeking someone who is a fast learner and has the desire to learn with a can do attitude; stellar work ethic; team player; compassionate & kind; great customer service skills; works well and efficient under pressure; very professional & would like to be a part of a longstanding and reputable company.
The responsibilities for this position include but NOT LIMITED to:
-Coordinate/Schedule visits for our patients with our caregivers verbally and within the database-constantly following up making sure the communication is relayed to both patient and caregiver re any changes, etc.
-Respond to inquiries from patient/caregivers/insurance companies/new clients -Troubleshoot scheduling issues as they arise in a timely fashion and will not leave a job undone.
-Answer calls as they come in.
