The Sylvan Learning Center in Boca Raton, FL is looking for fun, dedicated teachers to inspire and help our students achieve academic excellence.
We are currently accepting applications for the following:
1.
Reading and Math Tutor for K-12 When is the last time you had a chance to really make a difference with your students? We value your input and need your expertise in education to help our students be successful.
We provide extensive paid training.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree Minimum 1 year experience teaching Math/Reading/Writing.
Lower grade experience preferred.
Teacher's license (preferred not required) A love for teaching Math, Reading and removing motivational blocks Passion for Education Availability to teach Mon-Thu and Sat (flexible and variable schedule) HOW IT WORKS:
Teach students in a 3:
1 student-teacher ratio Use pre-planned lessons Use proven methods developed by educators Use educational materials approved by schools Motivate students of all ages to excel academically and develop a love of education Benefit from career advancement opportunities SCHEDULE:
Part-Time.
Flexible schedule.
Preference given to those teachers with greater availability and flexibility.
You will give us your hours of availability and we will match them with our needs.
