We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to join our team.
Job Overview:
The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of BelCosta Labs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial management of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
The Financial Controller will also be responsible for managing the accounting department and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Location:
Boca Raton, FL Responsibilities Include:
Oversee the financial management of BelCosta Labs, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Manage the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounting.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including tax laws and GAAP accounting principles.
Manage and monitor the company's cash flow and financial position.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial information.
Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management to improve financial performance.
Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other financial professionals.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and timely.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or CMA certification preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or related fields.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, tax laws, and financial regulations.
Experience with financial analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and lead a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
