The appraiser will be responsible for conducting appraisals of commercial real property.
Our work is primarily in SE Florida with occasional assignments of properties located in South Florida (West Coast) and the Florida Keys.
Requirements Driver's license, Florida State Certification - General.
The appraiser must be able to make site visits for pre-construction assignments requiring both as is and prospective as complete value(s) as well as the inspection of existing commerce's and multi-residential properties.
A good understanding and knowledge of high-value property components and construction a plus.
The appraiser will be responsible for scheduling and performing property inspections, understanding the proper scope of assignment and the timely completion of an independent and professional appraisal work product.
The appraiser should be responsible to supervise and help trainee appraisers.
