CRM Salesforce Developer at Relx Group in Boca Raton, FL
The Back Office CRM team is looking for an experienced developer to work on Salesforce and the CRM integration platforms such as IBM App Connect and Informatica PowerCenter. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The candidate will be expected to interface with the business users obtaining and refining requirements for new features and functions as well as designing and implementing those functions. The candidate must be able to address multiple projects in parallel. BASIC FUNCTIONS:
This position performs moderately difficult research, design, and software development assignments within a specific software functional area or product line. The position should have the ability to work on individual pieces of work and solve problems including the design of the program flow of individual pieces of code, effective coding, and unit testing.
Qualifications:

years of Software Engineering experience BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Experience with CRM systems particularly Salesforce, in lieu of CRM experience a strong ability to quickly learn a new system Experience with IBM App Connect or Informatica a plus Strong Proficiency with data manipulation languages (SOQL,T-SQL, MySQL, PLSQL). Strong understanding of normalized/dimensional data modeling principle. Ability to work with complex data models. Expertise in development languages including but not limited to:
APEX, JavaScript, C#, HTML, XML, Visual Studio Code, and .Net Familiarity of industry best practices -- code coverage. Ability to work well with internal and external technology resources. Ability to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity. Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Knowledge of data manipulation languages. Knowledge of data storage subsystems. Knowledge of test-driven development. Ability to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity. Ability to complete moderately complex bug fixes. Good oral and written communications skills. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements. Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity. Work closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs. Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews. Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders. Resolve technical issues as necessary. Keep abreast of new technology developments. Complete bug fixes. All other duties as assigned.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
