Job Description
Responsibilities:
o Responsible for managing activities related to the procurement of materials, supplies, equipment and services o Directs buyers to accomplish company objectives in compliance with company policies and procedures o Negotiates favorable terms, volume discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers and/or approves purchases as authorized o Serves as primary management contact and coordinates activities with internal stakeholders to address operational issues o Manages relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuous improvement in the delivery of goods/services o Contributes to process improvement to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness of service o Monitors and enforces compliance to the the Global Sourcing and Procurement Policy
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in business, or technical field relevant to CSL products o 5
years' experience in procurement/purchasing o Purchasing Management Certification (ISM/CPM, CIPS) preferred o Demonstrated leadership/mentoring skills
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
ProcurementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
