Job Description This role will coordinate field training and development programs to ensure individual and organizational performance meets predetermined standards, allowing employees to learn new skills and prepare for career advancement. This position is a key resource to support ongoing company compliance to legal and regulatory standards. RESPONSIBILITIES 1 Ensures the identification, development and implementation of technical training programs and materials that support regulatory and operations requirements 2 Facilitation, development and delivery of classroom and field-based training programs for various levels of the organization, assisting subject matter experts in the design and delivery of technical training content, assisting with field-based observation and assessment of training needs, maintaining training schedules and records of activities, and monitoring the effectiveness/results of programs and employee progress in LMS 3 Maintain and develop effective relationships with Center based Quality Staff and Senior Business Managers to ensure alignment of priorities for learning and development, delivering the most effective learning processes 4 Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results; Develop effective training material utilizing a variety of media. 5 Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs 6 Prepare the training budget for Field Training and Support activities. 7 Manage the facilitation, development and delivery of classroom, computer-based and field-based training programs for various levels of the organization, assisting subject matter experts in the design and delivery of technical training content, assisting with field-based observations and assessments 8 Ensure training programs for opening new centers meets needs of all levels in a center, including management, quality, medical and operations. 9 Strategically plans and implements use of new technology to improve learning effectiveness, efficiency and compliance in the local center. 10 Development of training material for needs of external hires into center leadership positions. Partner with Operations to ensure all centers have trained leadership to support the business need. 11 Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Education ? Bachelor's Degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education, training and relevant work experience required Experience ? Minimum 7 years' experience in management/development and technical training in a highly regulated industry:
at least 5 years of operations and/or quality management experience in a cGMP environment ? Previous management experience including hiring, providing coaching and feedback, developing capabilities, managing department budget requirements, projects and deadlines ? Capable of influencing organizational outcomes without direct authority Additional Comments ? In touch with capabilities of new technology, allowing improved effectiveness and speed of training ? Excellent writing / communication skills required ? Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and effectively manage with changing priorities ? Able to plan and act strategically to meet needs of growing business ? Creative problem solving a plus ? Strong regulatory knowledge / experience in plasma collections desired
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
