BASIC FUNCTIONS:
This position conducts stakeholder negotiations that span across portfolios by driving and managing numerous large, complex projects. In addition, this position will project-manage cross-functional teams by working closely with all aspects of the product development community:
Market Vertical, Product Manager, Engineering, Testing, Legal, and more. The Senior Project Manager also builds development road maps and project schedules, and collaborates to resolve issues by working with top Engineering resources utilizing our industry-leading technology.
Qualifications:

years of IT PMO experience o Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent experiencerequired o Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) required TECHNICAL SKILLS:
o Agile knowledge required. o Process improvement. o Excellent negotiation. o Data analysis skills. o Advanced understanding of resource allocation. o Experience coordinating team work flow in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. o Experience partnering with other project stakeholders to resolve issues and to mitigate project impacts. o A results-oriented outlook with the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives. o Exemplary communication skills (written, presentation, meeting management, and documentation). o Strong project delivery skills - accurate project planning, delivers to milestone dates, manages resources effectively, communicates status effectively, manages risks, and can juggle multiple activities at once to accomplish goals. o Ability to partner with other project stakeholders to resolve issues and to mitigate project impacts. o Experience delivering on projects of various size and duration. o Highly adaptable to changing needs within the organization - adapts to rapidly changing priorities. o Experience collaborating with others in IT management roles to deliver shared results. o Strong professionalism and strong interpersonal skills required. o Detail-oriented and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities. o Strong organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments, and strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing projects and managing projects of various size and complexity. o Advanced problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues; prior success extracting/translating findings into alternatives/solutions; and identifying risks/impacts and schedule adjustments to facilitate management decision-making. o Advanced communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience including senior and executive management, customers, etc., including diction/terminology and presenting information in a concise and effective manner to clients, management, and various departments using assorted communication mediums. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
o Depending on scope and complexity, manage up to four highly complex projects and some moderate to simple complexity projects a year. o Request demand and review resource allocation for project, program, and/or portfolio. o Participate in communicating impacts regarding capacity and demand. o Identify and make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures. o Manage all phases of the project through the Product Development process. o Define key performance parameters and create regular variance reports to track progress. o Negotiate with Engineering Resource Managers for project resources. o Maintain compliance with corporate and public regulations. o Perform data analysis relevant to project tasks. o Request resource demand and review resource allocation for projects. o Maintain ownership of and accountability for the project schedule. o Effectively communicate project status - including schedule variances and mitigation options. o Identify and make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures. o All other duties as assigned. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Business Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
